6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Closure

Closed at user's request:

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

Closed by big999:

Big999 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Failure to verify age
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Regulatory authority guidelines

Accounts will be deactivated within 24 hours of receiving a self-exclusion request. No bonuses or promotions will be offered during this period.
